All good things come in threes!

At our headquarters in Mönchengladbach, we produce and distribute a wide range of chilled juices. But since you can never have too much of a good thing, we also have two more plants. The plant in Vechta produces our unrefrigerated juices, while the Wolfra Bayrische Natursaft Kelterei GmbH in Erding focuses primarily on apple juices.

Our Mönchengladbach plant

This plant was opened as "FSP Frischsaft Frische Produktionsgesellschaft" in 1993 and acquired by Valensina in 2009. It adopted the Valensina name in April 2016 and became the headquarters of the Valensina Group. The plant is now one of Europe’s leading suppliers of chilled juices. It currently employs around 190 people and produces up to 360,000 litres of juice every day. The air is always filled with the smell of freshly pressed oranges, which are used to make fresh juice.

The plant specialises in ultra-clean filling for chilled juices. It fills carton packs, canisters and PET bottles in accordance with the IFS 7 Higher Level standard. The plant is also certified organic in accordance with the EU’s organic production regulation (EC 834/2007), and has an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001:2018.

Our Vechta plant

Vechta is the group’s largest plant by area (105,000 m2 in total). It employs 115 people and produces over 200 million units per year or up to 1.2 million litres of juice per day.

The plant specialises in filling for unrefrigerated juices. It offers cold aseptic filling for carton packs (0.5–1.5 l), PET bottles and bag-in-box packaging. So that the large quantities involved can be handled smoothly, we have outsourced all our logistics operations to an experienced, highly capable provider. We have storage capacity for around 15,000 pallet spaces at the plant itself, plus another 5,000 at our external warehouses, equivalent to around 12.6 million bottles.

The Vechta plant is also certified to IFS 7 Higher Level, DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 and EC 834/2007 (organic production).

Our Erding plant

Founded in 1930 in Wolfratshausen, our company property in Erding covers 45,000 m².

The Wolfra plant in Erding currently employs around 75 people, who work on production of fruit juices, nectars, squashes, fruit syrups, fruit spirits, whole-fruit products and smoothies.

The plant specialises in hot filling of single and multi-use glass bottles. Like our other plants, it is certified to IFS 7 Higher Level, DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 and EC 834/2007 (organic production).
